Henedo provides self-help document drafts from a shared template. Location selection changes labels and some clause defaults; it does not verify local legal validity. The templates have not been reviewed by an attorney. They are not legal advice and do not create an attorney-client relationship. We are not lawyers; consult an attorney for jurisdiction-specific legal advice, especially for complex estates, trusts, business succession, blended families, or specific asset transfer strategies. Have the draft and applicable signing requirements checked before relying on it. Henedo does not provide witnesses or notarization.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to execute a will in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your passphrase and recovery credentials. Henedo cannot recover your vault if you lose your passphrase, recovery key, passkey, and all other recovery methods simultaneously.

New memberships are Solo ($79/year or $7.99/month), Household ($129/year or $12.99/month), and Family ($299/year or $29.99/month), in USD before applicable tax. Annual charges are paid upfront. Cancel recurring billing to stop future renewal. Existing subscriptions keep their contracted price, scope and applicable terms unless the customer chooses a change. A Solo gift is a $79 prepaid year from redemption, with optional renewal; redemption must occur within twelve months of purchase.

Eternal Vault is a separate one-time purchase for an encrypted cloud archive. The current entry offer is $699 for 100 GiB with a 100-year preservation term, recorded on the purchased catalogue variant. Access activates only after payment confirmation. Users add content, designate inheritors and seal the archive from their dashboard; sealing is irreversible. The current purchase includes cloud storage and email access delivery, not a physical-disc shipment or an investment account. Existing purchases retain their contracted scope. The separately modeled preservation endowment does not establish guaranteed returns or a funded trust.

Henedo is for personal estate planning and legitimate family legacy use. You may not use the platform to store illegal content, conduct financial fraud, evade legal process, or host material that would be illegal in the United States. We cannot inspect your vault (zero-knowledge architecture), so enforcement is largely a matter of account termination based on external reports or evidence.

You may terminate your account at any time. Termination permanently deletes all ciphertext and metadata within 30 days. We may terminate your account for non-payment or material violation of these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Henedo’s aggregate liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid Henedo in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes are resolved via binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware, except that either party may bring an action for injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
