Add trusted contacts like family, friends, or a lawyer. Decide who sees what. Each one is emailed their own access key the day you name them.

Set your continuity switch
If you stop checking in, your contacts are automatically notified and given access. You control the timing: anywhere from 30 days to 2 years, depending on your plan.

What inheritors see
A chronological story,not just a folder of files.
When Trusted Delivery activates, your trusted contacts unlock a guided experience, not a file dump. A row of stats cards frames the scope, your personal message sits directly under it, and below that are tabs for files, journal, Life Story, will, Book of Life and answers. Folder-level sharing means your spouse sees the folders you shared with them; your child sees theirs.

Personal message
Your introduction or your blessing, written for that one person in the contact editor. It travels inside their encrypted bundle and sits right under the stats, above every tab. The first thing they read is you, not a directory. Edit it later and the new words reach them the next time that bundle is re-sealed.

The first tab. Insurance, deeds, crypto recovery phrases, photos, organized by folder. Search by name or type. Decryption is per-file under the inheritor key, and the previewer plays audio and video natively.

Journal viewer
Every written entry you shared, in the order you wrote them, each stamped with its date and time. They can keep the whole journal as a .txt or .json download.
Security

Henedo uses zero-knowledge encryption. That means we literally cannot see your files, read your journal, or access your passwords, even if someone ordered us to.
Zero-Knowledge
Your password never leaves your device. Files are encrypted locally before upload. We store ciphertext, which is meaningless without your key.
AES-256-GCM
The same encryption standard used by governments and military. Every file gets its own unique encryption key, wrapped by your master key.
Post-Quantum Ready
We're already preparing for quantum computers. AES-256 and Argon2id are quantum-resistant. Your data stays safe for decades.
The Continuity Switch
What happenswhen it triggers.
The switch is designed to be gradual, respectful, and impossible to miss. Nothing happens suddenly, and there are multiple safeguards at every step.

You get remindersEmails ask you to check in, at day 0, day 14, and day 28 of the cascade.

Most users complete the will, upload their first documents, and add a trusted contact in under 15 minutes.
Nothing happens for the first 180 days (default). Then you receive three escalating warning emails over 5 weeks. At any point, a single login resets the timer. Contacts are only activated if the full cascade expires.
Yes, unlimited updates are included on Solo, Household and Family memberships. Life changes (marriage, new child, property purchase) are the moments worth revisiting it, and the Will panel is open to you any day you want it.
Only you, while you are alive and checking in. Contacts hold their per-person key but the platform blocks access until Trusted Delivery activates. Stored vault documents remain encrypted. Optional Life Book composition sends selected written answers through our backend to Anthropic after your consent. Account and delivery information are processed separately.
A complete encrypted archive, its format documentation and the full access key allow independent recovery. Download and retain the complete copy before relying on offline access. A key alone cannot recover files that were never downloaded, and hosted delivery still depends on an operating service.
The current Eternal purchase is an encrypted cloud archive: $699 once for 100 GiB with a 100-year preservation term. After payment confirmation, upload files, name inheritors and seal in your dashboard. Cloudflare R2 stores the encrypted objects. Physical delivery and an invested preservation fund are not included; older purchases keep their contracted scope.
